1. Buyer and Seller must agree in terms before initiating an Escrow transaction.
2. Buyer and Seller must agree to pay the Escrow fee for any transaction initiated by either parties.
3. All Escrow fees must be paid by Buyer and Seller prior to finalizing the transaction. Escrow fees are expected to be paid once both parties have accepted the transaction terms. Escrow terms are only legally binding and effective after the Escrow fees has been paid. If the Escrow fees are not paid by Buyer and Seller, the transaction is only a proposal and has no status on our Agency records and website.
